Venkat Residence

At first glance, this house designed for Venkat appears slightly dark and brooding. No huge windows or inviting embellishments, only angular planes of concrete beams and chunks of Aerocon blocks making up the facade.

Our first project where angles and planes have replaced squares and cubes.The floors tilt by 45 degrees over each other, but the spaces inside have  perfect rectangular dimensions.
The internal views are light-filled and airy with none of the darkness or broodiness of the first-impression.We are scratching our heads, searching for new words to describe the idea behind the project.It may be better to show you all as it shapes up.
