This recently completed residential interior of ours has perfectly mannered lines and an old world charm. It was our best effort to bring in an Indian contemporary aesthetic, one that best describes the young family living in this 2000 SQ.FT upmarket Bangalore apartment.
With an impeccable style, we have designed and placed contemporary and traditional Indian crafts within a frame work of neat lines and planes. Rich fabric used alongside ,customized upholstery and coarse wall textures complete an inventive and inspired aesthetic for their new home.
The famous wholesale and retailers in Bangalore – Chandras, came to us for the retail interiors of their new store at Shantinagar, exclusively for lights and other home decor products.
The space has a highly distinctive character in terms of its location and access, and this made the project really special to us.The idea was to create something that will appeal to architects, and create a powerful form that will absorb the varied styled products that will be on display. For this we choose the two safest colors, glossy black on the floor and white on the display modules to blend in with the styles. The design for the retail interior is both classical and ornate, just like the varied lighting products displayed on them. The place also has a unique aesthetic power that appeals greatly to architects, designers and foreign visitors alike.

This design for the 13 storied building on Sarjapur road is an outcome of what we call extreme engineering. With a site canvas of less than 1 acre, the floor plan of this multipurpose development tower required skill in smart planning and extreme structural design. The change of structural support from the first 3 floors of commercial onto a residential grid for the next 10 floors brought a radical use of structural design.
This simple courtyard home has an air of elegance. This design was an attempt to reinvent the remarkable form of traditional courtyard residential architecture. The courtyard is this style’s quintessence and its relevance to the home is apparent as well as subtle. It is the structures core.

At first glance, this house designed for Venkat appears slightly dark and brooding. No huge windows or inviting embellishments, only angular planes of concrete beams and chunks of Aerocon blocks making up the facade.
